Decided to go out for a quick lunch between classes and wound up here at The Big Garlic. The employees were super friendly and were open to giving us their favorites on the menu. Was told it is easier to just order in person, you can use the QR codes at the tables to get your food delivered to your table. The food was DELICIOUS! My friend got The Midwestern and Garlic Aiole fries and they did not disappoint, while I got The CBDL (I think that’s what it is called), a nice chicken sandwich, with regular fries. Do not be disappointed if everything tastes like garlic, the buns have a garlic-y taste, which really ties everything together and the meaning of their restaurant name. It is a little pricey for a meal but I was pleasantly surprised and would 100% recommend this place!
I had the Lotus burger and Cajun fries. Absolutely delicious! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We wanted to buy a shirt but they were out, maybe next time:)
The food is always good, the owners are just some of the hardest working and kind people you’ll ever meet. Truly a one of a kind place with a great atmosphere! The big garlic is always a treat for my family and so happy they have a fondy location because I travel a lot for work. So much though has gone into not only the incredible menu but also into the biz its self. We ❤️ the big garlic! 🧄
If you’re looking for a unique, laid-back spot with outstanding food, The Big Garlic is definitely worth a visit. Whether you order conveniently from your table using the QR code or place your order at the counter, the experience is super easy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and happy to answer all of my questions. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out!
The chicken lotus and truffle fries are AMAZING. Highly recommend The big garlic for quality fresh food with great service. A+++
The hotdogs are made with high quality meat and toppings are great too. Their homemade chips were delicious! We upgraded one otder of chips to the garlic aioli fries and loved those as well. Will definitely be back to try the burgers.
Overall, this is a great place to eat. The food is unique for the area and definitely worth trying. However, the service could use some improvement. The only way to order right now is through the front kiosk or the website, which takes away from the experience a bit. It would be much better if there were an option to order directly with staff or have more interaction during the ordering process.
I met a friend here for lunch, the staff was very friendly and there were several options for ordering. I ordered from the QR code on the table, it was easy and I could customize and give additional instructions. The food was great, I had a burger and nacho fries, and a Flavorburst ice cream cone. I haven’t had one of those in ages, they are hard to find! My burger was very tasty, garlic butter definitely makes everything taste better. The fries were crispy under the cheese and not soggy. I will be back again!
The staff was awesome, greeted us immediately. They followed up to answer questions and took our order, all super friendly and helpful! The space is clean and has a good energy. Food was good, you can tell its fresh ingredients and good quality. The burgers were good, buns were incredible and some additional seasoning will take it next level. The fries were good, lots of flavor. We typically don't like chips like that but these were awesome, got a bag to take home! Frosted mugs for rootbeer on tap is an awesome touch! Great little detail. We aren't from the area but would stop again if we are close.
Stopped here while in town for a conference. The burgers were good as well as the dog. The truffle fries weren’t “truffle-y”, but they were still enjoyable with the shredded Parmesan and balsamic glaze. The fountain root beer in chilled mugs was excellent. I would eat there again if I found myself in the area.
